Tara Fontana-Goldstein

Originally from Long Island, New York, Tara Fontana-Goldstein moved to South Florida over 20 years ago. Tara's career in real estate began when she started helping friends and family from her hometown navigate the real estate market in South Florida. She studied the market and took the time to help them find the best options for their personal needs and lifestyle. Tara now does the same for her clients and whether they're buying, selling, relocating, or investing, she takes the same detailed care for each of them knowing that a property is the one of the greatest assets that someone can acquire. Often described by her clients as thorough, communicative, knowledgeable, and a master negotiator, Tara's top priority is not only getting the best deal for her clients, but also being there for them every step of the way. She doesn't hesitate to bend over backwards for her clients in helping them find their dream home or sell a current home to move to the next stage of their lives. Knowing that real estate transactions can be stressful and even confusing, she prides herself on consistently communicating with buyers and sellers and holding their hand throughout the process to ensure that they feel comfortable. In addition, her in-depth knowledge of South Florida is an invaluable asset. For example, as a former teacher, Tara knows the school districts and systems well. Tara holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida and a master's degree from NOVA Southeastern University. She is a member of the Realtor Association of The Palm Beaches (RAPB) and the Hobe Sound Chamber of Commerce. Tara currently resides in Hobe Sound with her husband and two sons. When she's not working with clients, she enjoys spending time in the sun at the beach as well as boating and fishing. -

David comes from a hardworking family that instilled his strong work ethic into him. While he was born and briefly raised in New York, David and his family moved to Palm Beach during his childhood. He has grown to love the area and is familiar with the high quality of life that is readily available here. In addition to his real estate knowledge, he has extensive experience in the service industry, where he learned discipline and responsibility, and higher customer service standards.
David enjoys spending his time with family and friends, exploring Florida’s abundant nature, and focusing on his academic pursuits. Dionne Polzin

Dionne has worked in the real estate industry since she was 20 years old, gaining experience as a loan processor, loan officer, mortgage broker and real estate agent. As a seasoned Realtor, she is passionate about seamlessly navigating her clients through the process of buying or selling their homes. Outside of real estate Dionne is mom to five girls and enjoys spending time outdoors exploring the unbeaten path. Dionne joined the Seaside Living Group at William Raveis in July of 2021.

Originally from Connecticut, Pam Girard Martin has called South Florida home for over thirty years and brings her extensive knowledge of the local market and the real estate process to help her clients achieve their goals.
Pam started her career in real estate and finance, prior to dedicating thirty-five years to the field of education as a teacher and mentor. Now in the next phase of her professional life, Pam is passionate about helping her clients navigate the complexities of the real estate market to ensure a positive, successful experience for sellers and buyers alike.
Pam is committed to building meaningful relationships with her clients and is highly organized and communicative, ensuring that clients feel supported and empowered throughout the real estate process.
Pam lives in Jupiter, FL with her husband, their two dogs and cat. She is the proud mother of four and grandmother of seven. When she's not working with clients or enjoying her family, she enjoys staying active outdoors and volunteering for local organizations including Labrador Retriever Rescue of FL, Destiny for Dogs, and the Palm Beach County Food Project.
